Above all, Maizlish Realtors Inc. is a Single Agency office. This means that we will represent only one party in any transaction. Although Dual Agency in real estate brokerage is acceptable in California, we believe that it is not in the best interest of either client or broker.
Maizlish Realtors Inc., formed in 1980, is comprised of two real estate brokers, Morton and Alicia Maizlish. We do not employ sales associates or other staff. This policy enables us to devote our full personal attention to each transaction.
In dealing directly with the responsible broker, our clients have the advantage of quick and authoritative decision-making that can make the difference between success and failure of any transaction at dozens of steps along the way. Our 30+ years of experience and our carefully nurtured relationships with others in the real estate community and ancillary services has made the difference at crucial moments in hundreds of successful transactions.
